Value Units

Value Unit is an umbrella term for the things your organization delivers: products, projects, services, initiatives, programs, or portfolios. Agile Tools lets you create OKRs for any of these.

Why Value Units?

Every organization has a unique way of delivering value:
  • Some think in products (SaaS companies, product teams)
  • Some think in projects (agencies, consulting firms)
  • Some have initiatives that span multiple products
  • Enterprise organizations manage portfolios of programs
Agile Tools adapts to your terminology — you configure the Value Unit types that match your organization.

Value Unit Types

Default types available out of the box:
Need custom types? Administrators can create organization-specific Value Unit types. See Value Unit Types Configuration.
