Product OKRs
As a Product Manager, you can create OKRs directly for your Value Units — products, services, projects, or initiatives. This aligns with modern product-led practices like Scrum, where goal-setting is central to delivering value. Why Product OKRs?
Traditional OKR implementations focus on organizational units (company → department → team). Agile Tools adds a unique dimension: goals for what you build, not just who builds it. Benefits:- Product focus — Align teams around product outcomes, not departmental silos
- Cross-functional alignment — Multiple teams can contribute to a single product OKR
- Value-driven — Measure success by customer and business value delivered
