Most teams are up and running within a day. For enterprise deployments with complex organizational structures, implementation typically takes 1-2 weeks including:

  • Initial OKR framework design

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you’ll have immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, we offer discounts for annual commitments. Contact our sales team for details on annual pricing and volume discounts for larger organizations.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for enterprise customers with annual agreements.

OKRs & Features

Objectives are qualitative, inspirational goals that describe what you want to achieve. They should be motivating and challenging.Key Results are quantitative metrics that measure your progress toward the objective. They are specific, time-bound, and measurable.Learn more in our OKR Guide.
We recommend 1 objective per team per quarter, with 2-4 key results per objective. Too many OKRs dilute focus; too few may not capture your full strategic intent.
Agile Tools intentionally does not support personal/individual OKRs. This is by design — we believe OKRs are most effective when focused on team and organizational outcomes, not individual performance.Supported OKR scopes:
  • (Cross-functional) Teams — The preferred scope for creating OKRs
  • Value Units — Products, projects, services, and other value-generating entities
  • Organizational Units — Departments, divisions, and business units
  • Company Vision — Strategic goals with a 2-5 year horizon

Account & Support

Administrators can manage users from the Admin panel:
  1. Navigate to Settings > Users
  2. Click Add User to invite new team members
  3. Select a user and click Remove to deactivate their account

You can cancel your subscription from Settings > Subscription in the admin panel. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Contact support if you need assistance with cancellation or data export.
Yes, you can export your OKRs, metrics, and reports in various formats (CSV, PDF) from the platform. Enterprise customers have access to bulk data export via API.
